I loved the facility! It was much cleaner than other cheaper hotels in the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also thought the location was perfect, we had a pretty lazy weekend get away, but there were enough food places and stores close enough to be comfortable.

very clean unlike the property I originally booked at the Extended stay off of Michigan Rd. I was given a dirty room. i canceled and came to West 86st

Location for my needs was great. I’ve stayed at this location many times in the past-And remains in good condition for the price.

The location to what I was doing in Indianapolis. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. Heather and her staff have made this my first choice of hotel when I stay in Indianapolis.
